By joining the lovx waitlist or utilizing the lovx application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Beta Access

lovx is currently rolling out access via a waitlist. Access is granted at our discretion and we may revoke access during the beta phase if we detect malicious usage or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use lovx for any illegal activities, or to automate malicious actions across your connected applications. As an AI assistant that acts on your behalf, you are fully responsible for the actions initiated by your voice commands.

3. Limitation of Liability

lovx relies on experimental AI technologies. While we have implemented strict safety bounds, we are not liable for unintended actions executed by the AI, including but not limited to accidental data modification or miscommunication with third parties.
